I came across this old Chines proverb the other day. It it extremely profound and, at the same time, very digestible. It is highly relevent to all of us who are trying to be the best version of ourselves in a fast paced and ever changing world.
"Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are."
Given that stress is a major cause of unhappiness and disease I believe it is a great proverb to reflect on daily.
