"My mission is to empower people to become more engaged and productive in their work. Sadly, the research confirms that most of us are just "turning up and tuning out" and we're not even close to performing at our potential." Phil Lee
PEAK ENGAGEMENT + PEAK PERFORMANCE = PEAK RESULTS
"Phil is a very engaging and motivating speaker. I always leave his presentations feeling energised and motivated." Angela Lovegrove, Regional General Manager, Telstra.
With an extensive and proven background in personal and professional development Phil Lee is a THE personal transformation, engagement and peak performance expert.
He is also the ideal speaker to open or close your event.
Simply, Phil has an extraordinary ability to be able to inspire business people and teams to effect positive change, WHERE THEY ARE RIGHT NOW.
Phil’s personal story is captivating and unique.
Transitioning from a successful business career at the age of 50, Phil founded the Australian arm of one of the world's largest leadership training and coaching organisations. For the last 13 years his passion and purpose has been to inspire and teach others to take charge of their own life, make positive change, and to become a "Rockstar At Work".
He has, gratefully, had much success in this endeavour.
Phil knows what it takes to help business people willingly move outside their comfort zone and take their performance and level of engagement to a new level. He teaches five easily implementable principles that are the keys to consistent and guaranteed high performance (if implemented).
He has been married to his wife Sandy for over 29 years and they have two amazing daughters. Jodi, 27, is a Journalist and TV news reporter with a major metropolitan network. Dani, 24, is in her final year of a combined Arts / Law degree while working part time in one of Sydney's premier legal firms..
They live in Sydney, between Sydney Harbour and Bondi Beach.
Phil is a Certified member of Canadian Ski Instructor’s Alliance and he achieved something else he'd only ever dreamed about and never believed was possible in his 60th year which he startlingly reveals in full in his presentation (hint..it has nothing to do with climbing Mount Everest but it is something that most people have dreamed of doing but have never been game enough to do).
All who hear Phil's story are inspired to move beyond their own comfort zone and attempt to scale new heights personally and professionallly.
